The list below is a sample of Meal Plan A dinner entrees. Before your event, Chef Dave will create menus for you to review and approve. Meal Plan A dinners are served tableside and include three entrée choices.

Soups:
Vegetarian Roasted Red Pepper Soup with Tomato and Fresh Basil

Cream of Morel Mushroom Soup

Salads:
Symphony of imported cheeses, cured meats and fresh fruits with spring greens and pinot noir vinaigrette

Fresh romaine, roma tomatoes, marinated, grilled prawns and avocado with herb vinaigrette

Organic baby greens, marinated vegetables and baked goat cheese with creamy basil vinaigrette

Dinner entrees:
Pepper and coffee crusted filet of beef with berry and cabernet sauce served with roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables

Roast rack of New Zealand lamb with Loganberry glaze, minted cous cous and spring vegetables

Mesquite grilled Wild Alaskan Salmon with lemon, capers and whole grain mustard with roasted red pepper risotto and spring vegetables

Artichoke and roasted red pepper lasagna with aged Brie and basil saffron cream

Roasted eggplant and wild mushroom ragout in brioche with
brandy cream and chives
