Donald Thompson

Donald Thompson is the Executive Chef/Director of Food and Beverage at Stanford Sierra Camp, where he oversees hospitality operations, strategic planning, and culinary programming for high-touch guest experiences. With over a decade of leadership in corporate dining, hospitality, and large-scale food service, he brings deep expertise in operational efficiency, team development, and service excellence. Donald is passionate about creating inclusive, sustainable food programs that enhance community and connection.

Morgan Marshall

Morgan has been with the Stanford Sierra organization since 2003. He is the primary contact for all Conference Season inquiries as well as the resident hiking aficionado.

Bruce Campodonico
Bio
Bruce was born and raised in Tahoe and spent many years building homes on Fallen Leaf Lake before joining the Stanford Sierra team full-time. When not at work, you will find Bruce paddling with the outrigger canoe team on Lake Tahoe or skiing the backcountry in the winter.

Tegan oversees all of the Human Resource & Accounting functions for Stanford Sierra Camp. Tegan’s main focus is taking care of our team members. She stands by her belief in an open door policy by creating open lines of communication. During her free time, Tegan enjoys wake boarding, snowboarding, volleyball, running, softball, climbing and just about anything outdoors. When she’s not playing outside, Tegan loves to cook and host dinner parties at her house.

Carrie grew up in Southern California and has made Tahoe her home since 1995. She spends most of her days at SSCC working on the massive jigsaw puzzle that is the Summer Family Camp Program. She enjoys riding horses in Desolation Wilderness, volunteering at the Lake Tahoe Wildlife Care Center, gardening in her yard, eating dark chocolate and drinking strong coffee.
